Matt Bureau

Matt Bureau is a singer/songwriter from Columbia, CT.  He plays a wide variety of songs from rock and pop to country.  Covering artists such as Chuck Berry, Simon and Garfunkel Johnny Cash, and many others.  He has toured with several acts and has performed on great stages including many in CT such as Infinity Hall and Toads Place.

Matt became a music lover at age 5 when his dad taught him to play Guitar Boogie on the guitar and he tries to open every show with that song.  He has been playing live shows since 16 years old sharing the stage with Dwight Yoakam and Bret Michaels of Poison.

Matt is currently playing 2-3 shows a week with bands such as Borderline Genius, Leafjumpers, and Rain King.  He teaches guitar, piano and vocal at The Music Bureau in Salem, CT.
